Marilyn Roxie's Tumblog

I found about FitDeck exercise playing cards (!) through reading Mindhacker. I just got them a few days ago - each card has an exercise on it, how to do it, and the suggested number of repetitions for a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. I’ve never been great about doing a specific exercise routine apart from walking, so I am looking forward to seeing how this pans out. This one is the “Bodyweight” deck that doesn’t rely on any equipment. Zoom
